Visa Support
Participants from outside Russia will require a visa, and their application for it will need to be accompanied by a formal letter of invitation, which HSE-Perm will supply.
To allow time for the issuing of the letter of invitation and for application for a visa, we need to know of intending participants from outside Russia not later than July 01, 2017.
Also please send the following information to Anna Shtennikova (ashtennikova@hse.ru):
1. A legible scan of your national passport (the ID pages); 2. Fill out the form attached.
