Authors who wish to participate in the conference with a report should submit their paper electronically, in PDF format by registering with the Conference Maker (available through https://editorialexpress.com/cgi-bin/conference/conference.cgi?action=login&db_name=iCare2019). The paper is expected to include literature review, methodology, data description, and findings.
